HOW I GOT INTO FASTING
I currently eat one meal day and this is known as OMAD or intermittent fasting. Every week I also DRY FAST for 48 hours per week, the duration of 48 hours started from July 2018.

Lets go back to when I first started fasting and how I built uP to 48 hours per week.

I started fasting for spiritual reasons from October 2016 and it was a long build up to dry fasting! My approach was to pick one day a week to fast on and I choose Friday evenings as this was the most convient as I had finished work for the week. I then proceeeded to reduce my meal intake s from 3 meals then to 2 meals then to 1 meal. Eventually I decreased my meals to 0 and started water fasting. After a fehen ready to dry fast!. I did each for a few weeks

By February 2017 I had managed to complete my first every dry fast, it was really tough but it felt like such an acomplishment! From February 2017 to March 2018 I dry fasted every week for 24 hours from Friday 5pm to Saturday 5pm. Then in March 2018 I decided to extend to 29 hours per week and then July 2018 to 48 hours per week.xt and edit me. It's easy.

48 hours has been my biggest challenge so far in regards to dry fasting but I like to push myself and my motivation has always been to be even closer and more connected to spirit and fasting has helped me to acheive that. Every time I fast I am blessed with deep insights, answers to various questions and solutions to challenges I am facing. I feel like I receive the most ´'downloads' when I fast.

Fasting is the foundation of my spiritual practices as it has taught me patience, to curb my cravings and to be more present. I like to also sungaze, meditate, earth (also known as earthing or grounding) and to walking in nature.
Further below are some amazing benefits of earthing.
